I have a million things going on right now. A delegation trip to prepare for, a venture into entrepreneurship in transition, a book to write, errands to run, a dog to groom. Oh, and my apartment has termites. And that just scratches the surface of the nightmare that is my to-do list.
You know what this all leads to? Burnout. Stress. Busyness that never ends. A perpetual need to achieve perfection and a perpetual disappointment at having not achieved it. Continue reading
